Review concentration
Process & agreements
What it measures
The share of reviews handled by the single busiest reviewer each week, drawn against a flat red-flag reference line, with a team resilience stat (how few reviewers handle most reviews) in the footnote.
Why it matters
When review load concentrates on one person, the team has a bottleneck and a resilience risk. This panel exists to protect that person, not to spotlight them.
How to read it
- When the share line crosses the red-flag threshold, review load is concentrating — spread it out.
- If the line is missing for a week, the reviewer pool was too small to show safely (k-anonymity).
Anti-blame
The busiest reviewer is never named — only an anonymous share percentage is shown, and the series is suppressed entirely when the pool is too small to stay anonymous.
